PlayPouch is published by D-Rek. This policy covers the current PlayPouch app, this support website, and support enquiries. Contact us at drek.w.app@gmail.com with privacy questions.
2. Information in the app
PlayPouch stores unfinished game rounds, lifetime game statistics, and preferences such as paper style, sound, and haptics locally on your device. The app uses this information to resume your rounds, show statistics, and remember your settings.
The current app does not require an account, include an application analytics service, display advertising, or send gameplay data to a gameplay server. Game content, fonts, artwork, and sounds are bundled with the app.
PlayPouch does not operate its own cloud backup or device-to-device synchronisation. Your device's backup settings may include locally stored app data. Those backups are controlled by your device and backup service settings.
3. Managing local data
You can reset lifetime statistics in the app's Settings. That action keeps your preferences and saved rounds. Deleting the app from your device can remove its locally stored data. A device backup may retain a copy according to your backup settings; manage those copies through the relevant backup service.
We do not have access to your locally stored gameplay data and cannot retrieve a saved round from a gameplay server.
4. When you email support
If you contact drek.w.app@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. These may include your device details, app version, screenshots, or steps describing an issue.
We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate problems, and handle follow-up questions. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Support correspondence is handled through Gmail, a Google service, and may be retained as needed to resolve your enquiry and related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations. You may email us to request deletion of your support correspondence; we will handle the request subject to any information we need to retain for applicable obligations. Google's handling of its services is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Visiting this website
This website does not include advertising scripts, visitor analytics added by D-Rek, contact forms, or a PlayPouch account system. Its fonts and images are served with the website.
The hosting and delivery services may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. Hosting access controls may also use cookies when sign-in is required. Such processing is separate from locally stored app gameplay data.
This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's information-handling practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Links to other services are subject to those services' own policies.
6. App Store and TestFlight
Apple manages App Store downloads and updates. If you test PlayPouch through TestFlight, Apple may collect and share beta testing information, crash reports, and feedback you submit through its services. This is separate from PlayPouch's local game storage.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or our information-handling practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised date. Any future features that change how information is collected or shared will be reflected here.
